Several tasks, including brainstorming, proofreading, and information
gathering, do not require any web publishing knowledge.
Web Site Renewal
Our
domain registration is renewed annually in the summer. Because
internet publishing is a fast-changing industry, it is often in
our best interests to change registrars and/ or hosting services
during the renewal period. We recognize that this can cause disruptions,
but we must make every effort to minimize spending in this area
and will attempt to keep the disruptions to a minimum, especially
near the start of the school year when the hit rate is the highest
Web Site Updates
Updates
are made on an as-needed basis. Requests for updates are always
considered and usually made, but may take up to 2 weeks to occur,
depending on volunteer time available. IMPORTANT: Before
contacting us about
an update that you expected to have occurred, please make sure you
are viewing the most recent version of the web page by using the
reload or refresh button when viewing pages you have recently visited. The
date of the latest update will now be posted at the bottom of the
main page.
